A mandatory Pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 10:00am. This meeting will be held at the FDOT District 5 Headquarters at 719 S. Woodland Boulevard, DeLand, Fl. 32720-6834.
Technical and Price Proposals are due no later than October 2, 2024, at 10:00am.

The State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking proposals for the Central Florida Rail Corridor (CFRC) Track Improvements at multiple locations. This initiative aims to enhance and repair the rail infrastructure, ensuring safety and efficiency in rail operations.
The contract is anticipated to begin on December 2, 2024, and will last for three years, with all services to be completed within 1095 days from the Notice to Proceed.
Work Details The contract includes various track improvements and repairs as specified in Exhibit 'A', Scope of Services. Key tasks include:

The contract period is expected to commence on December 2, 2024, and will be effective for three years, concluding no later than December 2, 2027.
Place of Performance The work will take place across multiple locations within Volusia, Seminole, Orange, and Osceola Counties in Florida.
